Not all materials are equal. Here's what each one does — and who it's for.
High-Barrier
The workhorse. Metallised film with near-zero oxygen transmission. Maximum shelf life at the lowest cost per unit.
Recyclable
Best balance of sustainability and performance. Designed for kerbside recycling where mono-material streams are accepted. Ideal if coffee sells within a few months.
Recyclable PCR
Same barrier as recyclable, but made from up to 30% post-consumer waste. Sustainability before your customer even opens the bag.
Compostable PLA
Made from corn starch. Breaks down in industrial composting within 3–6 months. A strong sustainability choice.
Compostable NKME
100% compostable — valve, zipper, everything. Slightly better barrier than PLA. Full commitment to compostability.

Digital print from 2,000 units (small runs from 500 possible but cost per bag is significantly higher). Rotogravure from 10,000 units — lower per-unit cost at scale. Request a quote and we'll recommend the best option for your volume.
Production: 2–3 weeks (digital) or 5–6 weeks (gravure) from artwork approval, plus 4–5 weeks shipping to Europe. Total ~6–8 weeks for digital, ~10–11 weeks for gravure. Industry average is 10–12 weeks.
Digital = lower MOQ (from 2,000), faster turnaround, ideal for launches and seasonal runs. Gravure = lower per-unit cost at volume (10,000+), best colour consistency for long runs. Not sure? We'll advise based on your volume and timeline.
